This was actually our first purchase from this e-store. Excellent service from packing to delivery. Item arrived in perfect condition & received in 4 days, which was dispatched through Amazon Shipping Service.
Keyboard gives mechanical-switch-like feeling, with mixed RGB color settings that are not addressable.
Also, the palm rest is only plastic / not cushion. However, there is one small issue, that is the ‘Scroll Lock’ function. Its not working by default. There has to be some method to activate it, but its not mentioned anywhere in the user manual. On the other hand, gaming mouse is working good without any problems, with easy DPI settings.
For all the beginners, who have never used a gaming keyboard & mouse, this combo is the best choice that will give premium looks at very low cost. Just give it a try before going for high-level expensive options.
