Refunds Policy

By placing an order on store, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted this following policy

Returns/ Refunds:
Our policy lasts 3 days from arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If a customer reports a product defective/broken, she/he will be required to send pictures and make video at time of unbox of whatever defects they’re claiming is wrong with the products to the site’s support service email. After receiving pictures and videos, our customer support will forward them in a file to the Operations team where they’ll confirm if the customer’s claim is accurate. If customer is requesting a refund, and it’s been within 3 days of receipt of order, we will issue a refund. If customer is requesting a return, we will communicate with Ops team, have a return label sent to that customer, once confirmed shipped back to us, we will have another product sent out as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

  • Mouse Pad
  • Gaming Chair
  • HDMI, PSU Cables, Riser Cables
  • If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item.You must return the order in original and proper packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team for more information.
    Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee. No pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order:

You can only cancel your order within 8 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (7% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation

      • Refund request for your order will be honored as following :
        • 100% Refund : If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Bank Transfer.
        • 97.5% Refund : If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Payment Gateway. Payment Gateway fee will be deducted as they won’t refund their fee after the transaction is successful. Checkout their policy here.
        • 93% refund – If request received after the order is dispatched.
        • No Refund : If the item is delivered and you no longer need/require the item although the item is working perfectly.

 We only issue a refund and allow return if the costumer case has met the conditions stated above.
